The electronic trading platform YPTENDER.MD is a new tool for business.
On November 30, 2016, the company “Varo-Inform” has signed a multilateral Memorandum, under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance, to participate in a pilot project for electronic public procurement. In early 2017, the electronic trading platform YPTENDER.MD has been officially accredited by the State Procurement Agency. The first Customers were state institutions, and the Suppliers were business entities. As of May 2017 it has become possible to carry out commercial purchases, where commercial companies can be Customers as well.
With the help of its own information base of companies numbering over 18 500 companies (“VARO.MOLDOVA, Producers of Goods and Services”), the tendering platform “yptender.md” can enable the establishment of interaction between Customers and Suppliers, inasmuch as it provides all the technical opportunities for holding tenders.
The entire functionality of the platform for the Customer and the Supplier is as clear as possible, and is accompanied by step-by-step instructions. Project managers will gladly provide support at any stage of work with the platform: make a preliminary presentation, organize trainings for tender participants, help with the registration, creation of tender and offer submission.
